When working on high profile projects the safety of the equipment becomes the main concern. Rest assured All Star Stages products only involve premium materials and hardware, overconstructed both for safety and performance + camera.
The Rigid Pro Pole (single-length) are rated for 500 lbs or 3 adult talent simultaneously. 5×5′ octagon stages may hold up to 8 adults, up to 10,000 lbs!
Built specifically for production and designed for speed & efficiency, you are camera-ready after a 10 min install or off-set with 3 min breakdown.
ConsistentColor acrylic side kit paneling holds rich hue and perfect diffusion while functioning flawlessly.

Actinic Glow Lighting and/or LED Light Kit Included
Ready-to-rock out-of-box with a 4′ actinic glow light (Legacy stages) and a hardwired 20′ black cord to simply plug or unplug into a 120v outlet. This puts the glowing aura haze around the stage that you see in many of the pics on this site.
The All Star Stages X 45mm Spinner Series includes multiple 2′ LED sticks and a 2′ actinic glow light stick.
Freight Shipping & Handling
Usually ships within 48 hrs of payment clearing. Ships freight via a pallet. Pallets are 60×60″.
5×5′ units weight approx 160lbs assembled. 12×5′ Double Pole/catwalk unit weighs approx 330 lbs.
5×5′ spinner units weigh approx 220lbs.
Items that can ship FED Ex/UPS like replacement acrylics etc will ship domestic. All turnkey stages and frames ship freight.
Single-Length Legacy (static) 50mm Pole can ship freight ONLY to LAX, DAL, HOU and MIA. Contact for other arrangements.
Spinning poles are sectional and can ship nationwide both freight and FedEx/UPS.
What You Need to Know
For indoor installation: Ceiling height. Single-Length Poles are 9’4″ on average. There are no extensions for single-length 50mm.
For 45mm spinners, 10′ is standard. Pole usually is cut to your appropriate height if needed or extensions are available to adjust.
The footprint of the stage is 23.5 sq ft. 5×5′.
(2) 50 lb weights and/or sandbags (not included) are recommended per 5×5′ to prevent walking on hardwoods.

Reinforced Tube Steel Stage Frames
Precision cut and welded steel tubing complete with counter stress bars into octagon shapes but did you know an entire stage is actually two half-frames? Makes it easy to move about.
Note: All Star Stages octo frames, vertical legs can be cut to height and custom acyrlic sizing avail.
50mm Non-Sectional Pro Freestanding Dance Pole
Standard mirrored stainless single-length for 5×5′ stages are generally 9′ in length with a 50mm outer diameter.
500 lb limit.
45mm Sectional Spinning Pro Freestanding Dance Pole
Standard CHROME or BRASS avail as well as many other spinning pole options. Pole standard are 10′ in height.
330 lb limit.
4″ Chrome Access Ball
A great finish to the All Star Stages freestanding pro pole is the 4″ chrome access ball atop the Legacy stage and single-length 50mm pole. It actually has a purpose other than looking great. The access ball assists while in position, in-between takes, during rehearsal, choreography, blocking, allowing talent to hold position. The 4″ Access ball is only avail on the Legacy stages for 50mm poles. 45mm spinners have an optional 3″ Access Ball can be purchased in addition to your All Star Stages X 45mm Spinner.
Color Control Frosted Acrylic Stage Top
Built for audiences, crafted for camera, All Star Stages acrylic stage tops are frosted for light diffusion through the stage, consistency and eliminating unwanted flares in the lens.
With Astera tubes for instance (not included), you can change the stage top to any color blend. With turnkey purchases, all glow and LED lighting is included for both the Legacy and All Star Stages X Spinner series that gives you the glow without the Astera Titan Tube price tag.

Refinish the Stage Tops To New ~ Everytime
The beauty of All Star Stages portable acrylic octagon stages is they are built with the camera’s eye in mind on an art dept budget. Being able to remove scuffs and blemishes for closeups is key. Refinish the stage top every few uses or in-between if needed. Tops may also be single or double-diffused.

What are the Dimensions?
All Star Stages standard stage platforms are a 5x5x1 ft octagon shape. Poles range 7.7 ft to 12.4 ft
overall height. Poles are 50mm.The Dueling Pole & Catwalk footprint: 12x5x1ft octagon platforms. Grande
Stage: 10x10x1 ft octagon platforms. All Star Stages 4x4x1 ft square stage platforms.
The All Star Stages X Spinner series are 45mm spinning sectional poles that come factory at 10′
How Much Weight Will the Pole Hold?
Pole limits range from 250-500lbs. 9.4 ft All Star Stages Legacy series pro pole rated up to 500lbs. 5×5 ft stage base rated up to 11,000 lbs. Overall weight of 5x5x1ft legacy stage
w/ a 9.4 ft static pro pole is 160lbs.
The All Star Stages X spinner series, using the same dimensions above, the stage is rated for up to 11k lbs, the pole 330 lbs, overall weight is 220 lbs.

What is the Price for Purchase & Rentals?
Purchases:
All Star Stages 5×5′ legacy stage and single length poles are $3000 turnkey ready, they ship freight ONLY to HOU, DAL, LAX, MIA.
The All Star Stages Double Pole & Catwalk Rental Business kit is $7000 and includes everything you need for starting your pole rental business minus the tools, including multiple side kit skirting and multi-sized dance poles for a variety of event expectations. Freight ship to HOU, DAL, LAX, MIA.
The All Star Stages X 45mm Spinner on a 5×5′ glow platform CHROME is $3250 and ships freight on a pallet. Fright pricing ranges from $250-$1000.
All stages ship for purchase from Los Angeles at this time.

All Star Stages rental services prices vary by location.
Single unit reservations range from $450-$950 per day. 3 day and weekly’s avail.
Pricing may change regularly due to logistics, schedule, time of year and other factors that adjust rates.

Why Do I Need My Ceiling Height?
Ceiling heights are necessary because the poles are complete lengths with no extensions. A 9.4 ft
pro pole is one complete length and would fit under a 10 ft ceiling but not a 9 ft ceiling. If your ceiling is 9 ft
in height, then you would need an 8.3 ft pole from All Star Stages.
If considering the All Star Stages X Spinning 45mm dance pole, this pole is sectional and can be cut for purchases to fit to your ceiling limitations. Standard is 10′ overall height.
Can I Pick It Up or Is It Delivered?
Local pickup is available for purchase orders only in Los Angeles, CA. Delivery, setup and pickup is including in any purchase in the Los Angeles area. Shipping and Handling via freight is included with any portable stage and pole purchase order. Pickup from the freight center for purchases available at Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas and Houston.
All rental service orders include delivery, setup, return pickup in Miami, New York City, Las Vegas and Atlanta. Optional production pickups in Los Angeles.
Note: Shipping single-length 9’4″ poles via freight w/ the stage can only go to DAL, LAX, MIA and HOU trucking hubs. ANY other locations, UPS and others have imposed “dimensional-weight” to 108″ poles and now want to charge $750 per pole to ship. Spinning poles are sectional and can ship nationwide. If you are interested in the single-length poles, we can check in your local area for pickup, we can ship it and charge you the 750, or you could pickup at any of those hubs listed above and skip the pole-tax. Are These for Professional Use?
Yes. Commercial grade professional portable pole dance stages meant for aggressive pole dance
behavior. Built for production, clients range from CBS, Warner Bros, Universal on professional projects since 2006. Poles are 50mm in 5x5ft legacy stages and rated for 500lbs.
All Star Stages X 45mm Spinner series are rated for 330lbs and the bearing and pole system itself have been used in productions nationwide including the SuperBowl halftime show.
Do You Ship to Other States or Areas?
In certain cases shipping and delivery out of state will be necessary. Please call 800.983.6640 to inquire for custom rental applications & logistics.
Quick Breakdown:
Dallas (DAL), Houston (HOU), Miami (MIA), Los Angeles (LAX) shipping hubs are the least expensive for shipping options. All Star Stages must ship all 5x5ft and larger stages on 60×60″ pallets via freight. Post 2024 UPS has imposed “dimensional weight” tax on single length All Star Stages legacy poles that are in the wheelhouse of 108″. The minimum charge to ship this pole outside of the mentioned hubs above is $750 on top of the cost of the pole. If you are willing to pay approx $1500 in freight costs, we can ship anywhere. If you would like to incur $250-500 freight costs, try to pickup at the HOU, DAL, MIA and LAX hubs.
Freight shipping of the 5×5′ legacy single unit by itself outside of mentioned hubs approx $650.
Freight shipping of the 5×5′ All Star Stages X 45mm spinning unit w/ pole outside of above-mentioned hubs approx $850 for most orders.
The spinning pole is a sectional pole and can be shipped nationwide with no 2nd ticket or dimensional weight infraction rates.

Will It Tip Over?
No if it is being used as intended. Stages are built to withhold tipping over by way of the large octagon
base layout. Typically reinforcement w/ 100lbs of added weight in the base to stop any stage-walking during
performance.
